WARNING FOR LAND AREAS
	A HEAVY RAIN WARNING AND FLASH FLOOD ADVISORY IS NOW IN FORCE FOR TONGATAPU AND 'EUA LAND AREAS.
SITUATION
	A trough is approaching Tongatapu and 'Eua from the southwest by this evening, then move toward Ha'apai group by early tomorrow morning. Meanwhile, another trough is approaching the Niuas from the east by tonight. Associated clouds with heavy occasional rain and thunderstorms will affect most parts of the group this evening and throughout the weekend.
FORECAST TO MIDNIGHT TOMORROW FOR TONGA
	FOR TONGATAPU AND 'EUA: Light to moderate north to northeasterly winds, variable at times then tending south to southeasterly by tomorrow. Become cloudy this evening with occasional rain, possibly heavy at times tonight with isolated thunderstorms. FOR HA'APAI: Light to moderate northeasterly winds, variable at times. Tending east to southeasterly by tomorrow. Mainly fine, then become cloudy by tonight with occasional showers, can become heavy at times with possible thunderstorms early tomorrow morning. FOR THE NIUAS AND VAVA'U: Light to moderate east to northeasterly winds. Mainly fine over Vava'u apart from the Niuas will be cloudy with occasional showers, can become heavy at times for tonight and tomorrow with possible thunderstorms.

FOR TONGATAPU AND 'EUA COASTAL WATERS: North to northeasterly winds 10-15 knots, variable at times and rising to 20-25 knots in areas of heavy rain and thunderstorms overnight. Tending east to southesterly by tomorrow 15-20 knots. Slight to moderate seas (up to 2 metres). FOR HA'APAI COASTAL WATERS: North to northeasterly winds 10-15 knots, rising up to 20-25 knots in areas of heavy rain and thunderstorms early tomorrow morning. Tending east to southeast by tomorrow 10-15 knots. Slight to moderate seas (up to 2 metres).
