SITUATION
	A high-pressure system located to the far south of Tonga extends onto the group and continues to direct cool moderate to strong east to southeasterly winds across Tonga.

	FOR ALL OF TONGA: Moderate to fresh east to southeasterly wind, strong at times. Cloudy periods with possible isolated showers.

	FOR THE NIUAS: Moderate to fresh east to southeasterly winds, strong at times Mainly fine apart from cloudy periods with possible few showers. FOR THE REST OF TONGA: Light to moderate east to northeasterly winds. Cloudy periods with possible scattered showers.

	THE GALE WARNING REMAIN PREVIOUSLY IN FORCED FOR HA'APAI AND VAVA'U COASTAL WATERS HAS NOW BEEN DOWNGRADED TO STRONG WIND WARNINGS BUT STILL REMAINS TO THE NIUAS COASTAL WATERS. A STRONG WIND WARNING REMAIN IN FORCE FOR TONGATAPU, 'EUA, TELE-KI-TONGA AND TELE-KI-TOKELAU COASTAL WATERS. A HIGH SURF WARNING AND SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN FORCE FOR ALL COASTAL WATERS OF TONGA.

	FOR THE NIUAS COASTAL WATERS: East to southeasterly winds of 15-25 knots and gusting up to gale force winds of 30-35 knots at times. Rough to very rough seas (up to 3-4 metres). A moderate southerly swell (up to 3 metres). FOR VAVA'U, HA'APAI, TONGATAPU AND 'EUA COASTAL WATERS: East to southeasterly winds of 15-20 knots, increasing up to 25-30 knots at times. Rough seas (up to 3 metres). A moderate southerly swell (up to 3 metres). FOR TELE-KI-TONGA AND TELE-KI-TOKELAU COASTAL WATERS: East to northeasterly winds of 15-20 knots, rising up to 25-30 knots at times. Moderate to rough seas (up to 3 metres). A moderate southerly swell (up to 2.5 metres).
