TELE-KI-TOKELAU COASTAL WATERS: Northwesterly wind 25-30 knots and gusting up to 35-40 knots at times. Rough to very rough seas (up to 5-6 metres). Possible flooding in low-lying coastal area due to extreme high tides. Poor visibility in waters of heavy rain. Becoming moderate southwesterly swell by later tomorrow afternoon (up to 2-3 metres). FOR TONGATAPU AND 'EUA COASTAL WATERS North to northeasterly winds 10-20 knots and rising up to 25-30 knots at times. Turning northwesterly and easing down to 10-15 knots by later tomorrow. Moderate seas (up to 2-3 metres). Possible flooding in low-lying coastal area due to extreme high tides. Poor visibility in waters of heavy rain.
