SITUATION
A high-pressure system located to the far south of Tonga extends onto the group and continues to direct cool moderate to strong east to southeasterly winds across Tonga.

Moderate to fresh east to southeasterly wind, strong at times.
Cloudy periods with possible isolated showers.

Mainly fine apart from cloudy periods with possible few showers.

A STRONG WIND WARNING REMAIN IN FORCE FOR TONGATAPU, 'EUA, TELE-KI-TONGA AND TELE-KI-TOKELAU COASTAL WATERS.

A HIGH SURF WARNING AND SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN FORCE FOR ALL COASTAL WATERS OF TONGA.

FOR VAVA'U, HA'APAI, TONGATAPU AND 'EUA COASTAL WATERS:
East to southeasterly winds of 15-20 knots, increasing up to 25-30 knots at times.
Rough seas (up to 3 metres). A moderate southerly swell (up to 3 metres).

FOR TELE-KI-TONGA AND TELE-KI-TOKELAU COASTAL WATERS:
East to northeasterly winds of 15-20 knots, rising up to 25-30 knots at times.
